2017 Satisfaction Survey Results
The nature of our work means we are in frequent contact with our clients, and we also have a rating system for each completed ticket to make sure clients are always happy.
It’s nice to double-check, though, so towards the end of 2017 we asked our clients to complete a quick survey and (if they wanted) to add any extra comments. The very positive feedback we received is detailed below.
