2016 Satisfaction Survey Results
We like to know how we did each year, so at the end of 2016 we put together a really short survey (only one page and six clicks of the mouse, with no need to type anything).
Over and above our continuous ticket satisfaction measurement, this survey allowed our clients to let us know how satisfied they were with our service in 2016.
