Service Ticket Expectations

Once we’ve finished helping a client solve a problem, we ask each of them to tell us how we’ve done, so we know whether we’re getting things right or wrong.

Over the whole of 2020, 95.6% of tickets either ‘Met’ or ‘Exceeded’ expectations, 0% ‘Fell Short’ and the remaining 4.4% were initially unresolved, but then promptly dealt with.
