Once we’ve finished helping a client solve a problem, we ask each of them to tell us how we’ve done, so we know whether we’re getting things right or wrong.

Over the last 6 months 99.6% of tickets have been given a “Satisfied” rating.  We are hugely proud of the rating, although we will continue to strive for 100%.
