As COVID-19 continues to spread around the world and within the UK, we have a responsibility to our staff, our clients and the general public to take this issue seriously, and ask our clients that they do the same.
When considering whether on-site visits are necessary, we will explore using alternatives such as online meetings, remote access and offsite servicing of equipment by our engineers.
If a site-visit is deemed essential, we are asking our clients to read and confirm the following in advance of the visit:
Please advise us immediately if anyone at your company has travelled to / from any of the following in the last 14 days:
- Hubei province in China
- Lockdown areas in northern Italy
- Special care zones in South Korea
Visitors to the above locations should be self-isolating and not have entered your premises at all, regardless of showing any symptoms or not.
- Mainland China outside of Hubei province
- Italy outside of the lockdown areas
- South Korea outside of the special care zones
- Hong Kong
Visitors to the above locations should self-isolate if they show even mild symptoms (cough, high temperature or shortness of breath).

There is always a balance between not wanting to contribute to any panic or worry, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees. Please work with us by being open and honest about any of the above, so we can discuss our options for visiting.
When our staff visit premises they will forgo shaking hands, and thoroughly wash their hands immediately on arrival, and before they leave.
Ultimately, we can help you much more if we’re all healthy!
